What you get
Built with directors, from watching how the week actually runs.
One account, every notice
All the families you serve in a single list, with drafts, published notices and anything waiting on the family.
Four-minute posting
Type the name and dates, add the events, upload a display photograph from your phone. Save half-finished and come back after the meeting.
A QR code for the wake
Print it for the entrance. Guests scan it to read the notice, see the service times and leave a tribute.
Hand it to the family
Transfer the notice to the family in one step, so they can approve tributes and update the display photograph themselves.
Your firm on every page
Name, address and telephone number in the arrangements panel of each notice you post.
How it works on the day
Step 1
Family sits with you
Take the details as you normally would on your own form.
Step 2
You post the notice
Four minutes. Events with locations pinned on the map.
Step 3
Share the link
WhatsApp it to the family, print the QR code for the entrance.
Step 4
Hand over
Transfer to the family. Tributes go to them for approval.
What it costs
Nothing, for now. Every notice, one display photograph per notice, all funeral events, your firm's name on each page you post.
Later we will introduce paid plans for firms who want extras — branded pages, printed order-of-service design, staff accounts, monthly reporting. Anything you post while it is free stays free, and we will give you three months' notice before anything changes.

Questions directors ask
Do families need an account?
No. You can post and manage a notice entirely on their behalf. If they later want to take it over, they claim it with the email address you enter.
What happens to the notices if you start charging?
Everything already posted stays online and free. New paid features will be additions, and we will tell you three months ahead.
Can two of my staff use one account?
Yes. Add as many staff logins as you need; each notice records who posted it.
Do you take a cut of anything?
No. We do not sell flowers, insurance or donations, and we take no commission on your work.
Set up your firm
Takes ten minutes. Register on the funeral home portal, add your firm's details, and we verify it before your first notice goes live.
