One request, up to five replies

1
Where you are
Use your phone's location or choose the province, district and town. Drag the pin if the exact place matters.

2
What you need
Say whether someone has just died, or you want a quote, to check availability, to ask a question or to plan ahead — then describe it in your own words.

Who to ask
We list funeral homes serving your district, those in your town first. Choose up to five and send.
You need an account so the businesses have someone real to call back. If you start signed out, you come straight back to the form after signing in. Asking from a single funeral home's page with Make a request sends it to that one business only.
Request helpWhat the funeral homes see
Each business you chose receives your name, town, phone number, account email, what you are asking for and your message — everything it needs to ring you.
Nobody sees anyone else's offer
Each business sees only its own conversation with you. They are not told who else you asked, and cannot see each other's prices.
Replies and quotations
Many funeral homes simply phone. Written replies arrive under Enquiries in your account, one conversation per business, and we email you each time one arrives.
Compare quotations
Prices in rupees side by side, with how long each is valid and what is and is not included.
Choose this quotation
Tells that business you have picked them. It is not a booking or a payment — you arrange that with them.
When you have decided
- Choosing a quotation closes the conversations with the others. They are told you have decided, but not who you chose.
- Changed your plans? Choose Close enquiry and, if you like, give a reason for the businesses.
- A request with no new messages for 30 days closes by itself. Everything stays readable afterwards.
Saving and reviewing a funeral home
Choose Save on a funeral home's page to keep it under Saved in your account. That list is private to you, and it is useful for planning ahead.
Reviews come only from families. Once your published notice names a funeral home, you can rate it and describe how you were looked after. We read each review before it appears, and we never remove one because the business asked us to.
